No, I do not believe that is true. Aside from that, it's a pretty low stool.
I'm not sure what kind of wood was used, but it wasn't oak, ash, pine, or walnut. It's possible that it's cedar, as the listing suggests. It's made of solid wood, and the base matches the seat. It was lighter than I had anticipated. The live edge is visible on all sides of the seat except one, which appears to have been sawed to make it more straight, perhaps to fit against a wall. This isn't always visible in pictures. The one I was given was returned to me. When it arrived, it was in bad shape.
Yes, it's level, and I think it's great!
I slid them under a round low antique oak coffee table because they're low. Everything about it was ideal.

These stools are handcrafted, and the design varies, according to the description. However, I had anticipated receiving a design similar to the one in the photo. The one I got had nothing in common with the adorable three-year-old. a stool with three legs It's essentially a stump with a round top attached to it. It's just a stump with a few carvings on it; it doesn't have any legs. I understand that making a stool without legs takes less time, but please do not display one with legs. This statement is false.
It's a one-of-a-kind piece that appears to be well-made. This is a fantastic little piece that can be used as a stool or a small side table. I'm going to order another one right away. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I received a second one, and while I appreciate how unique they are, it does not appear to be the same item. Also, if you're using it as a step stool, be careful. It sways back and forth.
After a long search for a porch table, I settled on this one because it could also be used as an extra seat—I was thinking of grandkids—and they went perfectly with our woodsy style location, which isn't a cabin. I ordered two, and they looked so similar to the picture that I was worried they weren't real wood. They are, however. They have a smooth finish (no rough spots to catch clothing), are well-made, and VERY sturdy—they can even accommodate a full-size man. I ordered two more after I started using them, hoping for some with a different character. I had a feeling something from the warehouse would be off [it was returned because it didn't match the picture], and I was right. There's no damage, but one of them "might" have been returned because a piece was missing to complete the third leg. I was also looking for a unique real wood character. Images 1 The second stool has a leg piece added to it. The third stool, shown in photo 3, has a slightly different shape.
Rustic, appealing, and straightforward are some of the words that come to mind when thinking about this design. solid that blends in with my landscape but stands out in my rose garden I found exactly what I was looking for. a stool to'momentarily' sit alone in the garden to enjoy the tranquility for a few minutes, rather than to recline or read for an extended period of time. This is the body posture because the height is comparable to that of a commode. "Comfort" is provided (ideally in short, not long encounters;.
I bought two of these stools to use as bedside tables for a low-key look. the bed with a profile It's sturdy and has a great organic look to it. The packaging is the only reason I didn't give it five stars. Because they are shipped without protective packaging such as bubble wrap or foam, one of mine was cracked through the leg when I received it. However, they quickly sent a replacement and made it simple to return the damaged one.
This is a work of art that everyone who comes to visit notices and praises. In our Santa Fe garden room, it's tucked between two French armchairs with genuine suede cowhide upholstery. I have a smaller version of this table on the other side of the garden room with a huge jungle pothos sitting on top of it. br>br>I have an orchid in an Asian pot on top of it and it looks exquisite. br>br> They make for a stunning sight when viewed together.
" We use this stool as a low night table next to our children's toddler beds, as well as a stool to sit on next to the bathtub while the children bathe. I was a little nervous ordering this because it's always a gamble whether you'll like the "uniqueness" when an item says "each one is unique"; ) of the one you're going to get, LOL! However, I can honestly say that the stool we received is even more beautiful than the photos here (I need to upload a picture of ours!). The color is richer and warmer. It also has a very smooth, soft finish. It's not a ghastly, gleaming varnish. ey finish has a muted, satin touch and feel to it. We've had it for a few years and I figured it was about time to give it another look. I hope the new ones are as good as ours, but it's held up remarkably well after being moved around the house. One thing to keep in mind is that the base isn't as sturdy as a traditional 4-foot table because of its natural shape. So don't expect to be able to change lightbulbs while standing on this. ) but that isn't the purpose of it in the first place. It works perfectly as a low-sitting stool, footstool, or even a nightstand. It's a totally gorgeous piece that guests always comment on when they come over and say, "OMG, LOVE THAT!".
