I find this chair to be incredible. I was unable to help my 83-year-old father due to severe sciatic pain. It was not until I bought him this chair that he was able to feel any relief. This is such a comfortable chair. It makes a world of difference to have a neck support. This is a very relaxing place to sit. However, it does have a downside in that the cushion cannot be replaced, so after it wears out, the chair is essentially over unless something is put over If the cushion wears out too soon, I will have to reconsider my review, but I really hope I do not need to.
