Although they are painted white, I must say that they are the most "solid" chair we could find. My 6'2" husband doesn't find them flimsy, and we've only had them for a month, so I can't speak to the rust or scratch issue you're concerned about.
3 lbs. (or slightly more)

In Q, the weight is incorrect. abr> abr> abr> abr> What is the weight of a single chair?br> Approximately 3 lbs. or slightly more. br>It actually weighs three times as much - 9 lbs. br>br>I got it for my 80-year-old grandmother. I notified the seller, who pointed out that it is listed correctly in other parts of the product description - year old in laws who needed a very light chair, and I was relying on the information on the Amazon website to be correct. br>br> I notified the seller, who pointed out that it is listed correctly in other parts of the product description - year old in laws who needed a very light chair, and I was relying on the information on the Amazon website to be correct. br> It isn't always wrong – just in the Q A (which they may or may not be able to influence). br>br>I notified Amazon, and it now appears that another comment was added after I purchased it, this time with the corrected weight (though the earlier Q was still there). A was left in place). br>br>Here's another cautionary note so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
I liked the chairs' appearance and would have kept them if the seats weren't slightly slanted upward, which was a problem for me because I am short and my legs didn't reach the ground. br>If a taller person bought these chairs, they would be perfectly comfortable.
It's not like the old chairs. I was worried that I had overpaid for these chairs, but I was pleasantly surprised! They're nothing like the ones you used to buy for a buck. It's very strong and comfortable to wear.
The chairs are fantastic. They're sturdy and solid, and they appear to be far more durable than our previous lawn chairs. I really like how tall the back is, and how sturdy and comfortable the seat and arms are. These lawn chairs have made me extremely happy!.
Exactly what we were looking forbr>Attractive, light-weight, but durable.
They're better than most because they have leg guards to keep them from tipping over. overs. They are, however, extremely limited. This is now a problem with the majority of lawn chairs. Unlike the 1960s' wide ones. It's well-made, and it's a little taller than the average. However, I would have preferred them to be two inches taller and wider. If they did, I'd be willing to pay even more.
I just got them today and sat for a few minutes. They appear to be well-made and sturdy. Instead of the usual uncoated aluminum, the metal frame is white. It appears to be in good condition.
To an extent, I enjoy this webbed chair. To begin with, because it is made of steel rather than aluminum, it is twice as heavy as the old aluminum chairs. I believe the tubing's wall thickness is adequate to keep it stable in its current state. Second, the width is a little narrower than I prefer, but it is adequate rather than exceptional. Finally, channeling through the tubing keeps the webbing in place. The webbing on the old aluminum chairs was held in place by simple metal screws, making it simple to replace the webbing; however, this is not the case with these new chairs. br>Finally, the high back and seat height provide excellent comfort. There aren't any issues. Is it, finally, a good investment? When compared to the cloth fold up chairs, these chairs are not inexpensive. It's up to you to make a decision. Overall, I'd give them a thumbs up!.
