Pictures of this item make it seem like a lot of fun, but it really is Along with this set, I also purchased a picnic table and an Although it did not arrive in bad shape as the table and benches that were covered in mold, this item is a real waste of money. I noticed that the wood has been splintering after just 3 weeks, there are stains and black drip marks from whatever had been done to it, and it doesn't appear to be water-resistant at all. Therefore, I bought a water sealant that has to be applied. As long as the price is this low, I wouldn't want to do any additional work. I had already had a lot of work to do just getting everything together. In addition to being overpriced, I don't believe it will last another season, and the manufacturers should be ashamed of themselves for selling this product at such a low price. I liked the cushions the best of everything I purchased.

I am really thankful for my husband's skills with wood and construction. There was some magic he was able to do. I have two girls who love it, but my five are not so fond of it. It would be difficult to fit a 5 year old in it. The woman has a height of 48" and weight of 60 pounds. I have no problem fitting my 7-year-old into this.
