My husband and I set up all three chairs we bought for our deck in less than an hour with the help of our friends. They are something I would purchase again, and I think I will buy them.

After leaving my original review, I was contacted by customer service and I received two replacement chairs in a timely manner. Although I haven't been able to assemble them yet and confirm there are no problems, I would like to thank you for your excellent customer service. Once the units are assembled, I will update you. The original reviewer did not write a good review, but we bought 4 chairs anyway. It is a shame, because I wanted to love them, but I feel like they are not worth the price. Two of the four appliances had problems from the moment they were assembled. In one case, the screws had come out of the arm, and in another, you had to remove the mechanism screwed into it. The four I bought could have been returned if I hadn't bought four. In order to keep them from falling apart completely, I'll need to purchase some additional screws.

Despite the tight packaging and ease of assembly, I was very pleasantly surprised at how well they packed and how easily they assembled - less than 10 minutes per chair and nobody could mess them of these tables was impressive - we had considered poly wood and ended up ordering poly wood tables, but they had more flashing and were generally lower quality than these. I would refer this to others!.

The color goes throughout the fabric and I have had several styles of Adirondack chairs and this is my favorite. There are no woods to rot (or paint) and it is a beautiful color. In addition to being sturdy, the chair is quite comfortable as well. There are some assembly tools provided but you will need your own wrench and hex driver to assemble the parts. A few minutes are all it takes to assemble it. You can get it done much more quickly and easily if you use your own tools. As it is for the heavier wooden chairs, I do not expect to need to chase the larger solid wooden chairs all around the yard like I do with the lighter ones. RIVA provided processing and delivery within four days. Kudos to their team.
