That basket is so beautiful. The only thing I wish it had was a little more space, and real glass and ceramic plates. It is pleasing to the eye on both the outside as well as the inside. As well as blankets and a carry case for wine and cheese dishes, you can purchase matching boxes. I would prefer if the blanket came with straps and with better quality silverware and dishes and wine glasses in it. The plastic might be preferred by some, however. If the manufacturers want to make this even better, they should make a larger two person and four person version with the added features. My heart would race with happiness if I bought it.
I was initially a bit leery of the plastic glasses and plates, but they are quite sturdy and thick. It is a terrific basket that stands upright, rather than models that are shaped like a suitcase with everything tipping to one side. And for the price it is hard to beat! Comes with the same adorable bee pattern fabric that lines the basket, and nice cloth napkins. Great! I would recommend it!.
There is a very strong chemical odor that is noticeable when walking into the room it is in. It is much like the odor of a soiled piece of furniture. It is still smelling of fish after spending all day outside, lids open, with the lids shut. In spite of its other benefits, I would not buy another basket because of its smell alone.
It's so cute! I love it! I used to take it with me to a lakeside picnic with my boyfriend, and it kept everything so neatly enclosed. Our indoor picnics have gone smoothly since it was quarantined, and it is well suited for intimate gatherings. It's a cute basket containing silverware near the plates and a basket with ants on the inner lining of it. I love the little details such as the ants on the napkins and on the basket lining.
It has just been delivered to me. My cups and plates are not made of glass, but of thick plastic, so I hear they are sturdy enough to hold some weight. The metal utensils used for eating are pretty standard. am delighted with the basket as a whole, and I am looking forward to surprising my husband with a picnic in Central Park this summer.
My favorite part about the design is its practicality! You should always have a handle on the top of your picnic basket! It's beautiful to see the wicker! It was a decent meal, but the setting wasn't spectacular and the plates were The purchase as a whole was fine.
I like it. I like the basket, but the lids aren't always secure one of them falls most of the time. Hence, I returned it because I didn't think it was worth $60.
I think this basket is alright. The price is a little high for the quality, and it's pretty heavy without anything inside. I guess I'm just OK with it.
