The fabric is not fade resistant in any way. The blue started to fade after a week and now it's just a faint flush of purple. Here's an update! In response to writing this review, customer service contacted me immediately and sent new covers that are made from a premium fabric so far, they are looking I could not have asked for a better customer service experience.
Our purchase of 2 sets was disappointing, as we wished we could have purchased only 2 extra middle seats. Nevertheless, we are glad to have 2 complete We ordered the sets about 2 months apart, and assembly only took about an hour each. One bolt didn't work, but I was using an electric impact gun, so I was to blame. (Think cordless drill, but stronger. )I emailed customer service prior to ordering the second set to see if I could order just 2 of the seats. They responded promptly. This couch was something I had been waiting for. My husband did not complain much about the configuration and the shape and size of the prize. Delivery was fast and the bag arrived in good condition. I find the photos disappointing because the couch is only four months old and the fabric has suffered tremendous sun damage despite the couch being covered 90% of the time. This is not the case. My disappointment stems from the fact that I was planning to purchase more from this vendor but their products were dreadful. It would be great if Amazon got better at choosing their vendors.
The set was given to my wife on Mother's Day as a gift. After receiving and assembling it, she loved it. It looks ill-fitting to the set after 1 month due to the bad fading of the back cushions. The bottom cushions are not faded, so now it looks haphazard All three matching. The quality of the set compared to what the set cost from Solaura and Amazon would probably have been much better.

This set consists of completely different colors, the chair in it has a different navy blue fabric and color than the sectional, both of them being different from the other 5 piece set we bought.
