If I had to decide, I would most likely opt for a water-resistant item rather than a waterproof one.
The couch will fit a 96" sofa without a problem.
Thanks for writing, Jenny! A little over two months have passed since I received the cover. So far, I haven't had to clean mine. I may lay it out on the patio or grass to water off bird droppings or heavy soil, but I will not let it sit on the ground. My plan is to dry it and then wash it in a gentle cycle at a laundromat. My plan is to wash them until they are soft and then hang them to dry. They are well made, with heavy duty seams, so I'll believe that they can withstand a gentle cycle or regular washing. This may be of some help to you.

There is no other purpose of this cover except to keep the underlying furniture safe and dry. That was NOT what it did. If I were to cover my brand new outdoor sofa with cheesecloth, there would be no difference. It was raining after a while so they got soaked. The cushions were not just slightly saturated, they were saturated to the bone. I returned home.
It is a great cover, made from great material and well made. It also has a very stylish design. Good-quality fabric is used in its construction along with good-quality webbing. Despite the fact that I live in a very wet area, these covers give just as good a performance. The heat and moisture can escape via a vent or window built into the wall. The covers are great. I'm very happy with them.

It was a pleasure working with these covers and their quality was beyond what I expected. It has not rained heavily in Florida during the summer, so my outdoor furniture has not been damaged.
I don't have any insight into the long-term plans based on how early we received the document I am not sure of the long-term durability however, but it looks excellent and perfectly fits our RST brand outdoor sofa! It is nice to have vents along the back seam so there will not be any moisture trapped under It is wonderful when a product is delivered and you really feel like you spent your money well!.
The fit is perfect and the quality is excellent. This is the third purchase that I have made and I am very pleased. When it was wet and stormy outside, we bought this cover so that we wouldn't have to keep removing the cushions from the couch. My task is now completed! I love it! The seats are excellent for the price I paid for them. I bought them for some low-profile sofas. With the pillows and sofa there, they can be put on. The clip at the bottom usually doesn't need to be clipped as they stay in place without them. waterproof, and the color is identical to what you see in the photo.
