Rain appears to be the litmus test for how good a cover is. The day after we put this cover up, we got a huge rainstorm. As you can see, it's directing the rain away from the fire pit, which is completely dry beneath it. br>br>It's thick and sturdy, fits my 30x30 pit perfectly, and didn't move an inch in the wind that accompanied the rainstorm. I've purchased three different covers for various outdoor items, and this is by far the best.
(NEW UPDATED) UPDATE: I should also mention that after I contacted them, they sent me a product that was a perfect fit. Excellent assistance. )br>br>So far (after about a month), the quality appears to be excellent (it appears to be very heavy-duty). duty and solid, with a convenient drawstring for tightening the base portion). br>br>Unfortunately, the first one I received was not accurately measured (it was supposed to cover a 27-inch table, but it didn't), so I would recommend emailing the seller to double-check the size. br>br>Assuming the size is correct, the quality appears to be excellent!.
The covers are well made, with sturdy ties to keep them in place in strong winds, but you should be aware that I purchased the 22" 22" size for 21" square end tables, but it is actually 24" 24" after measuring.
I keep the cover on a covered front patio that faces east, where it gets some morning sun and rain. It's completely discolored and not in a uniform manner. I mentioned the conditions because I'm sure it would fade to a very light eggshell color if left in full summer sun. A year later, I'm not impressed.
Broke - Overall, this appears to be a solid cover for a patio table and chairs. The fabric looks great. The only flaw was the flimsy stopper pull used to bring the cover closer to the table. I was being cautious because it broke right away. On the second side, I attempted to synch the cover closer with extreme caution, but it was clear that any use of the synch pull would cause it to break. As a result, I'm not sure how well this product will perform in windy conditions. I'm crossing my fingers that it doesn't blow away from the table during a winter storm.
I've only had this cover for a few weeks, so I can't speak to its durability, but it's a good deal for the money: thick and water-resistant It's currently draped over a 32" square fire pit. After a rain, the photo shows how waterproof the cover is.
The covers are of excellent quality and are well constructed. They're a perfect fit for our outdoor furniture, and once on, they stay put until we take them off, even in strong winds. br>I would strongly suggest these.
For those who are curious. I'm a 22-year-old woman. This is a perfect fit for a 5 inch square end table. It won't fit anything bigger than that because it's too small.
