Classic Accessories Veranda Water-Resistant 21 Inch Square Patio Ottoman/Side Table Cover

I've owned five of these covers: two for a smoker, two for a grill, and one for a table/fire pit. They appear to be well-made with heavy-duty materials and good workmanship, and they look great. The problem is that they only last a season or two in New England due to their apparent lack of UV resistance. Shame on me for not spraying them with UV stuff on a regular basis once I realized the problem, but I did it once and forgot about it, and the material quickly became weak and prone to tearing, seemed to attract dirt, looked terrible, and eventually became useless. I suppose they wouldn't be as cheap if they were made of UV-resistant materials, but really. They ARE designed to protect outdoor items; it's not as if exposure to the sun would be an unexpected occurrence.

I've bought a few of these over the last ten years and have no idea why. They appear to be durable and high-end, but they are actually quite brittle and rip easily. I have the impression that the fabric dries out quickly in the sun (despite the fact that we live in the Pacific Northwest, close to their main headquarters) and then crumbles, especially along the seams. We have holes all over the place, and if they get caught in a corner of your table or on something on your grill, they'll rip right away. To cover the rips and protect my outdoor pieces, I use duct tape strips all over mine. Buying less expensive ones and replacing them every few years is a waste of money. This is a line that I do not recommend.

They work well, are well-protected, and look nice on the patio during the winter. The only way to know how long they'll last is to wait and see. br>br>UPDATE - They'll last about 9 months, according to the experts. They've simply disintegrated, and if I'm going to have to replace them every year, I might as well buy the CHEAPEST ones I can find. They were installed in October. During the winter, the fabric developed slits running parallel to the grain. Now that it's pool season, simply lifting the covers from the furniture GENTLY causes the slits to expand and become large holes. It was a huge let down. br>br>NEW UPDATES - The product is backed by a four-year warranty from classic accessories. They're sending replacement covers for all SEVEN covers (chair and ottoman) that I purchased in September (it's now July 1st). I'll keep you updated on the replacements' long-term durability.

We don't get much rain in Southern California, where I live. For my new patio furniture, I bought a few Vanteriam outdoor covers. Since I bought these covers, it has rained once, and the day after it rained, I went out back to enjoy the sun, and EVERY piece of Vanteriam furniture cover was torn along the edges of the chair, table, sofa, and frames they were covering (yes, they were all the correct sizes). PRODUCTS THAT ARE VERY CHEAP It was a waste of money. Now I'll have to go out and buy some new patio covers that are of higher quality. I wish I could get a refund for the covers because they were only a few months old.

My four stacked patio end tables look great with this Veranda patio side table cover. The cover is made of a sturdy canvas-like material. Water, dirt, and sunlight do not soil or fade my tables, as they do with fabric. The shade of tan The cover has two built-in handles for easy removal and an elastic drawstring at the bottom to keep it from blowing away in the wind. The brown color is subtle and blends in with the outdoor environment. It was also a good deal on sale. This product comes highly recommended by me.

This cover is made of heavy material and is quite sturdy. It does appear to be a little on the small side, and it barely fits the table that it is advertised to fit. It also had attachment straps to secure it to the table legs, which was one of the reasons I bought it. The item is NOT AS ADVERTISED because mine does not have any attachment straps. The seller seems to have deceived me.

I bought two sizes - small and large. two for two small end tables, and two for two futons The measurements were accurate, and the quality was outstanding. We leave the furniture out under a covered patio because we live in southern Nevada, where the winters are relatively mild. I'm confident that these covers will keep the items safe from the elements, including wind, dust, and rain. The only minor flaw is that I wish the ties had been replaced with velcro.

We'll see how well it holds up after the winter. Bottom snap buckles are very useful for keeping billowing to a minimum. The elastic cinch is difficult to use, but it does not appear to be necessary.
