Questions & Answers
No, it isn't a natural setting. However, this cover has only blown over once in the two winters we've had it.
I'm not sure about the warranty, but mine only lasted a few seasons before it began to rip. It was eventually shredded to smithereens. I'm in California, so the cover didn't have to deal with any extreme weather. You could get in touch with the company that makes the product. It's impossible to predict what they'll do next.
The swing legs are held in place by fasteners at the corners. br>This worked well last winter without a hem cord.
This is a fantastic cover. It can withstand extremely cold temperatures or, for you, freezing temperatures. I only wish the ties on the bottom could hold up better in strong winds. or perhaps more ties for added security, but aside from that, this cover is fantastic.

We live in the woods, so I've had an additional canopy over the swing all summer to keep the sap and pine needles off of the canopy and seat. To protect the fabric on my old swing, I used a tarp and twine in the past. This worked fine, but it took a long time to set up and had to be adjusted frequently due to the snow load and wind. To keep it safe from the elements, we planned to move the new swing into my husband's shop. It would take up space that he needs to work inside this winter with everything else we store during the colder months. After doing some research, I discovered that the manufacturer of my swing also creates a custom cover to keep the swing protected from the elements. In just a few days, I was able to order and receive my new cover. The swing cover is made of a heavy-duty waterproof fabric that easily slips over it. The cover has a cord at the bottom that can be tightened on both sides to keep it in place. Because I live in an area where there is a lot of snow, this cover will be an excellent way to extend the life of my lovely swing.
CHANGE UPDATED: THE COMPANY DOES NOT BACK UP ITS PRODUCT. BUYING THIS PRODUCT IS A MISTAKE! br>br>In less than a year of actual product use, the unit ripped in two corners, spanning two mild California Central Coast winters. When it wasn't in use, it was always safely stored. When I emailed customer service to see if they would stand behind their lightly used product, I was told that they prefer to stand behind their one-year warranty. br>br>Fair enough, I'm simply changing my previously positive early review to a one-star (s/b 0), entirely negative product and customer service review because good companies stand behind their products. I recently had two different companies stand behind their slightly out-of-warranty damaged outdoor patio furniture cover products. That's the way it's done by strong, reputable businesses. br>br>AVOID THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS!.
THE GOOD: ideal for my three-year-old daughter Seater swing with ties for the four legs that held up well in the wind and rain. Snow looks great, and it's a lot nicer than a tarp. THE LESS GOOD: I can put on/take off the bungee method we used to do (I am 5'7"), but it's better with help. br>THE LESS GOOD: The plastic wears and frays, as you can see in the photos. After two years of use, this is what I've discovered. In 2017, I purchased this- The winter of 2017 was particularly bad in the Northeast; however, the winter of 2018 was not as bad. This year's protection isn't going to be very good. So. OVERALL: br>br> I bought it again because the durability and price were a good match. OK, if I get two years out of it for the money- It would be nice if it could last a little longer, though.
This cover appeals to me. It's the perfect fit for my outdoor daybed, with just enough slack to get it on and off, and it's kept it dry through several torrential rainstorms. However, because I am short and there is no zipper or velcro side to angle it on, getting it on and off (especially on) is difficult for me. The daybed is 41 inches wide and 41 inches long. 5"L x 68. I have to get up on a stepladder and shimmy it down because it's 5"W x 75"H. It's a sweaty, 10-minute process that would be easier for someone taller, but it's still a hassle. It's a lot less difficult to remove it. If I can muster the courage, I'll slice one of the corner seams open and macguyver a way to keep it closed. Other people have complained about it being leaky, so I'm guessing they aren't creating a peak to allow the water to run off and soak through the seams. As you can see in the photo, this was a problem for me as well, so I put a pole in one of my hundreds of Amazon boxes and stuck it in the middle, and voila! There are no issues with leaking or puddling. So really, the only issue I have is that getting it on and off is a pain, so when there's a chance of rain in the forecast (rather than actual rain), I bring the mattress and pillows inside the house because it's just easier than getting the top on and off.
The following day, it arrived. only a few hours before a major rainstorm hit. It was also a champion performer! The content is fantastic. It's not like regular canvas, which tears after a year or two. It comes highly recommended!.
It's the perfect seater swing. I assumed it would be a thin, easily torn plastic cover, but I was mistaken. It's made of the same kind of plastic as a cover tarp and is very durable. It looks like it'll last a long time, and pulling it over the canopy by myself wasn't difficult (I simply loosened the canopy and tilted it as far as it would go - The canopy was brought back to level by the weight of the cover, allowing me to tighten it). It was the perfect size for my two-seater swing. It's wide enough to slit the front and use Velcro on the opening so you can sit in the swing when it's raining, which will help keep it clean and discourage "things" from crawling up inside. It's also wide enough to slit the front and use Velcro on the opening so you can sit in the swing when it's raining. br>Refolding it for storage is the most difficult part. It is a large cover that does not fold well into a small package.
We had a lot of snow when I bought this a few weeks ago. The entire top of the swing collapsed through the structure, forming a massive dam filled with snow and then water. I'd say this isn't a good idea if you're going to be outside in the elements. It does not work as a weather guard because the bottom ties are too short to tie on the swing's legs, and pulling the drawstring through the hem to secure it is difficult. The fabric is excessively stiff.
This cover is very nice, and I only have one complaint, which I will address right away. I wish they had used velcro bottoms so I could take it on and off more easily. It's inconvenient to have to tie the ends. br>br>Nice thick plastic that doesn't feel like it'll be destroyed in a single season by the sun. It's also a nice muted color, so it's not too distracting. Thick cables protrude from the bottoms, which you must tie together to keep it from blowing away. br>br>The fit is excellent as well; I have a rounded top swing and this fits perfectly. They left the top rounded so that when it rains, water just runs off, and the edges rounded so that nothing gets caught in the wind.
