The spray itself is good, but the plastic bottles I received were defective and did not spray properly. They had no value.
It's a natural insect repellent. which has been shown to reduce the number of bites from bugs that carry diseases like Zika, West Nile, Lyme, and others - As a result, you're less likely to contract the diseases in question. It doesn't say if it's been tested against malaria- and dengue-carrying mosquitos, which are real threats where you're going, and besides - To become infected, all it takes is one bite. Since you are unlikely to be allowed to travel without certain vaccinations, I strongly advise you to consult with your doctor about the best way to protect your health while on your trip. You could also simply pray about it, I suppose. It's a shame God hasn't provided us with a simple method of disease prevention, such as vaccinations.

In fact, as long as I'm around, my husband doesn't need to use bug spray. My friends and I are in the same boat. From a great distance, they will zoom in on me. They mistakenly believe I'm prime rib at an all-you-can-eat buffet. I've tried every spray, lotion, oil, candle, plant, and other product that man has invented. Even after all these years, I'm still ripped to shreds. Repel sport comes to the rescue in this situation. If this stuff keeps me from getting bitten, it'll keep anyone safe! I'll be able to put this on first thing in the morning. All day long, you'll be free of mosquitos! I have to reapply if I sweat or swim, but I can finally relax on my patio! br>When I say they want to kill me, I'm not exaggerating. They even find their way into my home on a regular basis. If I don't have Repel on, eat me alive. I try to keep them away by sitting on the couch with a light blanket over me. Even my jeans have been bitten through. It wouldn't be so bad if it were just a minor itch that would go away in a minute, but that isn't the case for me. I become swollen. itching I have about 30 bites on me right now, but it's my fault because I didn't use bug spray on Saturday evening while I was outside. I keep a bottle on my patio, a bottle with my camping gear, and a bottle in my car. I always bring a bottle with me when I go outside. Without it, life is a living hell.
There are numerous positive reviews, and I can personally attest to the fact that this stuff works. I used this for eleven days in Africa. In combination with treated clothing, I did not get bitten by a single mosquito. It's important to remember this. br>br>One bottle will last a long time. One bottle will last at least two weeks if you're wearing short sleeves, long pants, and a hat, treating your arms, neck, and as much of your ears/face as is safe. 3 times a day is a good rule of thumb to follow. I believe you could throw in your legs and still make it through two weeks. I bought a lot more than I needed. You'll have more than enough for two weeks if you buy one bottle per adult. br>br>Make sure you have a way to wash or wipe your hands afterward. To get it on your neck and face, you'll have to get it on your hands (or better yet, don't spray it around your eyes, mouth, or nose). I had some wet wipes with me, so I sprayed the bugs and then cleaned my hands with a wet wipe. I didn't waste any of the clean water I had on my hands because it was so valuable in Africa. The odor is perfectly tolerable. br>br> It didn't make me or anyone else on the trip feel overwhelmed.
To the point where I can go two weeks without scratching from a bite. I believe I am allergic to something. I've been using DEET, but I'm not a fan of putting such a strong chemical on my skin. Not to mention the stench is unbearable. I was pleasantly surprised by this product; not only does it have a pleasant scent, but it also keeps mosquitoes at bay. This year, I've had a tenth of the mosquito bites (and the resulting scars) that I've had in previous years. I like the 2-pack's price. pack. Pump sprays are usually preferable to aerosol sprays because the top of a pump spray can be unscrewed and the last bit of liquid at the bottom of the can be used, whereas aerosol cans do not have this option. Also, don't put anything on your skin that contains more than 3 DEET. 30% and above is only safe when SPRAYED ON CLOTHES ONLY! Try spraying a pair of thick pants and a thick shirt before putting them on to avoid inhaling the spray. Spraying them IN THE AREA YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR TIME IN will also allow the overspray to work for you by contacting your immediate area (chair, table, floor, etc. ) and providing a larger area of repellant scent. br>br>The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the price is a little higher than I'd like for a two-star product. pack.
This was ideal for a group of us hiking in the mountains. country of ticks We didn't pick up a single tick, not even on our clothing, and we didn't get any mosquito bites either. We put it on our shoes, ankles, hats, and the leg and arm holes of our clothing. Since the high humidity in Texas has brought out the mosquitos in droves, I've been on the lookout for an effective mosquito repellent. This formula, unfortunately, does not work - It's disheartening to see so many positive reviews for such a pricey spray. After many bites and two empty bottles, I'd have to say this product was a flop. It didn't even stop mosquitoes from coming back for seconds.
I placed an order for two two-packs. I planned on keeping a bottle in each of my boys' day bags and a fourth bottle in the car, but when I opened the box, ALL 4 bottles were leaking. I'm disappointed and don't know what to do with them at this point. We'll probably put them in a different container. I really wish I had chosen a different brand.
