There are a few missing feathers from the boys' coop for the girls and we have a small backyard coop. That should help a bit!.

I love that they are protective of each other

In a nutshell, Because our poor hens' backs are in really bad shape from our roosters, I ordered these for them. The mirrors appear to have stayed on quite well and do not appear to bother them at all. Now that their feathers have grown back, hopefully they can fly again. There is only one complaint I have they are too large for my smaller silkies.
