I have no idea what the purpose of this device is. A cow is shocked, she moves forward in the chute and the cow is shocked. This is a small and efficient device.

The sound is more like a buzz than a beep. It is heard by animals and it does have an effect on them.

A 2,000V circuit

When I measured the voltage using my electric fence tester, it was 2,000V. The jolt was nice, but I wish this could be powered by Energizer Ultimate Lithium 9V batteries (which hold their charge The only battery that works properly is a regular alkaline battery.

It does not hurt, but it prevents attacks. Every time I walk my dogs, I have so much fun! There are times when people let their dogs run loose in my town, so if I ever need protection, I feel safe!.

It is motivation

My dad received this as a gift. It is used to feed both his cattle and pigs on the farm. If loading on a trailer, we can get them to step up a lot. Considering the purposes he is using it for, he's very pleased.
