As stated, this is a Honda part that is said to be a direct replacement for John Deere parts. However, this did not correctly fit my Scotts (made by John Deere) In this case, the pulley's lower lip had a diameter much smaller than that of the pulley itself. Consequently, the belt retainer on the pulley arm had to be ground back to make sure it didn't rub against it. The lower lip isn't a big deal to grind for me, but be aware if you can't or don't want to grind it.
It makes the deck run much smoother than the plastic one and I prefer it to the plastic one. The same size fits a Scott's S2046.
I had needed new idlers for my JD 47 snowblower, and I found the perfect pulleys online.
A purchase from this company would be worth it to me.
I couldn't be happier with this pulley for my John deer.
I would recommend this product as a replacement for my LT180.
The fit is good, and the quality seems to be good.
