My Troy Bilt B&S pressure washer fit perfectly, but the pressure washer is for another brand

In the end, the original plastic inlet of the pressure washer pump broke off because it protruded behind the washer excessively. As a result, I needed to replace it. There was a possibility I could find a cast unit that would fit as well as provide durability and prevent future The cast metal inlet I found was found while searching for cast metal pump inlets. In order to order it, I took a chance. I threaded it up and it was fine. Despite being longer than my original, I suspect it will be quite durable due to its cast construction. It would be ideal if it had a short cast. It's not my concern right now, but I'll worry about it later. I was able to avoid buying a new washing machine. Quite good, really. I have a Troy-bilt small power washer that is 13 years old that has 2300 psi and is a Briggs & Stratton.

The fix is simple and straightforward

Despite the fact that my power washer is a Craftsman, the engine is a Briggs & Stratton The Stratton Pump. It makes water connection much easier to attach this replacement piece which is more robust than the original. It is also about an inch longer, which is also an advantage. It was easy to install the new unit.

This is a better quality version It's a good thing the replacement is now metal rather than plastic

Also, the hose connector would have been better if it were made of metal (brass). When the plastic hose connector failed on my last one, the unit stopped working. I also like the fact that this part is longer. It fits perfectly, and it was easy to I would consider the price to be a bit high, but if it lasts the life of my power washer, it won't matter.

The Honda Power Boss Power washer fits this model

The plastic connector is the perfect fit for the worn out one. A Honda motor and a Briggs and Stratton pump drive the Power Boss power washer.

Make sure water hoses are drained before storing them

I would like to thank the pressure washer. You may not believe it, but the hard plastic ring used on the pipe actually cracked and failed on the original equipment.
