In replacing my old Primsacolor Handlettering set, these pens serve their purpose well as an introductory set. I would describe them as mediocre, but they work well in their intended purpose. The pros are The *br- There is a label on the cap indicating the type of pen, which is great for pencil cases with roll out compartments
For those who plan to keep them in pockets, there are metal pocket clips to keep them in place. The *br- I like the ink because it is dark*- Cons *Burns into your hands when holding*Affordable and comfortable to hold*Pros The *br- As I try to keep my art supplies I travel with as minimal as possible, these bulky pens add quite a bit to my bag. I do not care for the bulk of the pens, though I hope that they will hold more ink than slimmer pens. My only wish is that the cases are nicer and can be reused. Despite the fact that they come with a cheap soft plastic case that's not very durable, it wouldn't be possible to store them in there if you're traveling with them, it would fall apart if you did. Furthermore, if you are giving it as a gift, it is not very pleasing to the eye. The *br- Despite how steady a hand I have, the 1mm, 2mm and 3mm angled pens sometimes leave gaps in long strides regardless of how well I might have held them. The *br- of the pen where the tip meets the case (on some pens) is loose, so that's what will make your stride go haywire. It's like when you step on a rock that wobbles because it's not solidly grounded. There seems to be an issue with these pens that I am not sure how to resolve. Then I'll purchase others. Overall, I'll use them until they run out, but I'm not going to buy them The paper and pens I use now are of higher quality and I'm no longer a beginner. Instead of these pens I will use pens that are slimmer and more durable in feel.
It depends on how they work. All in all, the packaging looks good, the caps are labeled, and the product in general I do not have to worry about bleed-through on my Scrivwell journal pages I think that's very positive The problem is that only half of the pens It is disappointing that half the designs were totally dried out or barely left a mark. The idea of not having to buy chisels was appealing to me Here are the brush tip and the tip Buying separate tippens is a good idea. Maybe next time I'll pay more for a brand name I know.
Hello! I usually use prisma color pens, but I decided to give these a try just to switch it up. I'm really glad I did! Thanks for making such an awesome product. Drawings are sketched out in pencil first because I do not have to worry about ink bleeding through. Ink was applied about 5 minutes after inking, so I sketch was actually inked out about 4 minutes after inking. Using an eraser, I removed the smudges and smears and everything is fine now. There aren't many better deals than good quality pens paired with a reasonable price.
It is obvious that these markers are cheaply made, but I still like them. There is something that I don't like about you tips relocating quite a bit. On some of them it even made them not usable.
Be aware of what you use them for. This pen set is of excellent quality and impressed Semi. There are two pens that do not work out of the ten sizes I ordered. My favorite pens produce fine lines with smoothness, however the BR (brush pen) seemed to fan out and goop up a bit as I had to continually wipe the brush head with a paper towel and dryer sheet to keep it clean.
It was my goal to use them as a base for a water color painting. Then I cleaned my brush with a wet sponge and tested it after the swatch had dried for at least 20 minutes. As soon as I touched it, it bled. In spite of this, they are nice markers and I will use them for drawing.
Initially, I found these to be of cheap quality, and I did not care for them at all. Using it was a little uneasy, but once I got the hang of it, it was fine. There isn't as much bang for your buck as some may hope, but if you are a beginner and want to save money, this is a good.
Although I wasn't aware of it until I recently tried using that marker, one marker had a split barrel, so I had to ding it somewhat.
