It only comes with a pen. The pen is connected by a small chain. (Extra pens are included.)

Is it possible to remove the adhesive without causing damage to the surface?

Tape with two layers of adhesive. It hasn't been harmed. However, a painted surface may not be the best option.

It was only for a short period of time

This was stuck to a metal fridge for about two weeks before it suddenly fell off and the adhesive part broke into a few pieces. I was able to reassemble it and stick it to the fridge again, but the pen no longer works (I assume I can replace the ink cartridge and it will work, but I also assume it will fall off and break again at some point). It lasted about two weeks before I started having major issues with it. However, this pen may work better if it is not used on a vertical surface. So if you're going to use it on a desk or counter, it should be fine.

It's ideal for those who work in the home care industry. For my home care work, I clipped this to my clipboard. Never lose another pen! I'm not sure why I didn't do it sooner. My clipboard has never been damaged despite the fact that I throw it around the car. When I write outside in the cold, the pen performs admirably until the temperature drops below 15 degrees. After a few weeks, I'm still using the same pen. That's pretty good considering how much I write. There are no issues. When I run out, I'll get more.

It serves its purpose, but one of the pens has already disintegrated, and I'll have to superglue the top, which has come loose and will no longer fasten. The ball chain appears to be in excellent condition.

I've found that these are the best pens of their kind

I've tried a few different secure pens and haven't been particularly pleased with any of them. They're usually flimsy and easily breakable, and they don't always write well. So far, they've held up well when it comes to writing. That is all I ask, but it isn't easy to come by. In addition, compared to others, I prefer the way they feel.

What are your thoughts on something like this? It wasn't much; it was about what I expected, though I must admit that the pens write better than I expected. I needed to replace a couple in my shop, and these are far superior to the ones I bought from a big office supply store.

The first time someone used it, the opening back of the pen separated. It doesn't turn back on after that. I didn't bother returning them after two of them did it in a row, so I taped it, but I can assure you that I will not purchase these again.
