Can this pen be used with refills of any size?

It's been a while since I've had the pens. All the parts are attached to one another and cannot be removed and reattached. Therefore I don't think it can be refilled.

In what stores can you find these pens refilled? Is it easy to obtain them?

No such thing as such a thing. After I bought a new pen, I replaced the old one

In the event they have to be removed, will the adhesive harm the surface?

When a kid pulled one off a stone countertop, it did not damage it. I am not sure how they would work on

Stuck in the middle

As a liquor retailer in Oregon, I provide alcoholic beverages to customers. In the event that my old tethered pen (Last 20 years) finally wears out, these were the most economical As of yet, the thermal paper is working perfectly. I have had no troubles writing on the One of the problems I found was that the sticks were too strong. It is important that you put it exactly where you want.

Those stick pins are awesome! They have amazing glue strips. The pens we use to sign in for the day are lost all the time by my students. That was fixed for good with these! The next time I need them, I will certainly buy them again.

A lack of quality in the ink and broken chains

These chains are used for work, however, very easily break. I bought two packs because the first time maybe I got a bad package and my chains broke off. In the second attempt one of the pens, out of the three, did not come with enough ink and kept skipping on the paper. Then you can throw it out. As soon as I switched it out, the chain broke again. I think if you were to buy the product, be gentle and not overdo the use of the product, that way they may last.

In the end, you pay for what you get

There is nothing expensive about these pens, however, one was already broken when it was delivered where the chain threaded to the top of the pin. While they are inexpensive, the ones that were not broken do have an expensive look to them.

The kiosk stayed on my kiosk for the entire season and were a great price. One problem I had was sometimes I couldn't remove the tip from the holder. Other than that, I was very happy with my purchase.
