Questions & Answers
They're as long-lasting as a can of paint. They're liquid paint-filled pens/markers, and the permanency depends on the surface they're used on.
Acrylic paints are used in this project. I imagine they'd bleed through fabric. Make sure to use fabric-safe paints.
The colors are extremely vibrant! They're my go-to colors for black and dark grey.

When you first get these pens, there's a trick to getting them to stop leaking paint globs all over the place. You must hold the pen with the point facing upwards, towards the ceiling, and push the nib in with your finger; you will hear a small amount of air escape, which will sound like a hissing sound. Then, to get the paint going, flip it over and press repeatedly on the paper. If you don't do it now, globs will erupt and splatter all over the place! This happened to me, and a lot of paint was wasted as a result. However, once they're up and running, they're fantastic.
I've got 7 different Uni-types on the table. Orders for posca paint markers That should be enough to convince you of their superiority. They come in a variety of sizes for you to choose from. They're the most amazing paint markers I've ever had! They are indestructible and have a long life expectancy. nibs of good quality Never, ever, ever, ever leak or run I decided to purchase some Elmer's paint markers in order to create some metallic effects. colors that are neon I was extremely dissatisfied with them; I'm spoiled now that I've used the Uni- posca. These paint pens have been used to paint on rocks, small stretched canvases, gift boxes, wooden plaques, and wooden blocks. They're fantastic for any of my painting projects! I make earrings, and painting on a small scale is challenging and time-consuming for me. I purchased the zero. After I had saved enough money and read enough reviews, I was able to purchase 7 markers recently. I was not let down in any way. These expand my options, inspire creativity, and boost my self-assurance while providing consistent, rich opaque coverage. br>br>I've placed an order for these as well as the 0. Warming them to room temperature and thoroughly shaking them was critical in December in the Midwest. It takes a long time for the paint to flow properly. To know when the paint has saturated the drawing tip, press firmly at an angle and keep an eye on them. These pens have a higher paint quality than Painter's pens and do not bleed through like Sharpies. Work well on smooth wood that does not bleed and paper that does not curl excessively. If I use them on fabric, I'll provide more feedback.
Unlike the majority of the negative reviewers here, I know how to use them properly. These paint pens on paper or canvas are extremely nice, and I adore them. They work great on canvas, but it takes a little practice to get used to the techniques of using the pens on paper without leaving any rough areas, flakes, or other marks. br>I've read a lot of reviews, and a lot of the negative ones seem to stem from people not knowing HOW to use these paint pens on paper material because they are so absorbent. Because these paint pens are acrylic-based, they dry quickly and evenly. br>Just make sure to shake the pens (CAP SIDE UP) and then draw some lines on scrap paper (to prevent too much paint from pooling), then pump the pen a few times and draw some more lines (to prevent too much paint from pooling) BEFORE using them to draw on anything. br>DO NOT SHAKE THE PENS CAP DOWN ON THE SIDE. From my experience, you shouldn't do this with acrylic-based paint pens because the force of the shaking will cause the paint to leak into the tip. ALWAYS KEEP THE CAP SIDE UP.
I used them to create a fun new look for an old Gameboy. br>Because the color is so thick, you won't have to go over the same spot more than once, even if you're going over black. They weren't runny either, and they didn't have a strange odor.
They made their appearance. They were successful. But, for those who believe that you simply buy them and use them, think again. Posca's aren't as straightforward as they appear to be. I've seen some negative feedback on these from people who simply don't know how to use them! Because they're paint, there will be splatter if you're not careful. If you don't press the nub in and let the air out before using it, it will not work. There will be more choppy lines in the future. If you're not using the right type of paper or canvas, your project will suffer. Yes, some bleeding will occur (Bristol paper is recommended). People, practice and research before leaving a negative review! br>br>The color scheme is fantastic. will show up as clearly on black as it would on white (adding a layer of lighter colors may be necessary). Also, keep in mind: On textured surfaces, finer nibs do not work well. ).
I like the variety of colors included in the set, and the pack represents excellent value for money. The majority of the writing on the box is in Chinese, but that isn't a problem. I just wanted to make sure that future buyers were aware of the situation. )br>br>In two ways, the markers are different from other products: Because they're literally quick-drying paint, the colors are vibrant and completely cover the object you're writing on. There is very little run (unless you press too hard), and the paint dries quickly (in a few minutes) to a nice shiny finish. I used these to make pet rocks with the kids, to decorate Easter eggs (I dyed them first, then used the markers to draw designs on top), paper, and wood projects, and I'm sure they'd work on a variety of other surfaces as well. br>br>I value all of the Amazon reviews I read, and I hope you do as well.
