The tagging gun I'm using is giving me trouble, and I've followed the troubleshooting guidelines but to no avail. Although I was able to place one tag, this is a much more time consuming process than I first thought. In the past, I would have returned a product simply by sending it back and looking for a different solution. However, I missed the return period.

In a nutshell I have updated The company was generous enough to refund my money and send me another tag gun after reading my review. Although the product is not difficult to use, I am still having a hard time getting it to penetrate the material at certain points. Where the stitching is thick, that is where the stitching is I have wasted so much plastic trying to get one into a shirt that even after a refund and a replacement gun being sent, I can't recommend this product. I have now moved on to a totally different tag gun that works incredible! I can only say one good thing about this company, which is that they sent a refund and another tag gun as soon as they could. It would be nice if the second gun worked and I didn't have to buy another product from another company with my refund. I am very satisfied with the product from the other company and am glad I made the purchase. The company has helped me in that regard, I guess. I have a small store that I run myself and I make and sell my own clothes. This method only works if there is a tag attached to the item. It should not go through the top of the waistband of a shirt as instructed in the instructions. TAG ATTACHMENTS ARE A LOT OF WORK, AND I COMPREHEND WHY THEY SEND YOU 5000 ONLY ONE TAG ATTACHMENT MADE IT into a shirt side seam IT TOOK ME 25 TAG ATTACHMENTS. This is a total waste of time and I will be returning this product because the plastic tag is going through the price tag but not the material. I repeat, it ONLY works for items that already have tags attached to them. IF YOU WEAR A TAGLESS SHIRT, IT IS NOT.
