This map is fantastic, and I can't say enough good things about it. It looks fantastic in our home and has gotten a lot of positive feedback. The colors are vibrant and beautiful, and the frame is of excellent craftsmanship. The map appears to cost a lot more than it actually does. br>br>After receiving this map, I was looking for a country-specific one for my travel-loving husband and couldn't find one anywhere for a reasonable price online, so I contacted Push Pin Travel Maps, who were extremely helpful. They not only assisted in the search for a suitable map, but they also completed it in such a timely manner that it arrived before his birthday. That level of OUTSTANDING customer service is hard to come by these days. I would strongly suggest it.
It's a very elegant map. It came with colored pins, but I replaced them with metallic ones to give it a more fashionable look. The pins go in easily and don't protrude from the back. The map is the appropriate size, but you may not be able to stick a pin in every location you've visited; For a few close spots, you might only need one pin. You may need to make educated guesses at times.
It looks fantastic on the wall of our living room. I was blown away by the presentation of the map - It was delivered on time and in good condition. The map is mounted on foam board, which provides a nice flat surface for pushing pins and is relatively light and easy to hang (it comes with a hanging wire). We included custom engraving as an option, which is a nice touch. We also asked the seller to provide all of the push pins in the same color, which he gladly obliged. Customer service is excellent - We've decided to keep track of our travels using the Travelers' Century Club's country list and rules. The majority of the 100 pins provided have already been used, so more have been ordered.
Love it! It came out exactly how it was described, and it was very well received. The print is well-made and of excellent quality. It ties our room together beautifully! This was purchased as a joint 5th anniversary gift by my husband and me.
We received it in excellent condition, with no visible signs of wear or damage. The color of the frame we chose was exactly as shown in the photo, and it looks fantastic on our study wall. It was the ideal finishing touch for the space. My wife and I are already looking for new places to "pin" as a couple. We bought extra pins because we didn't realize it came with a set of black, white, and red pins, as well as a picture frame hook. This is a truly lovely and well-crafted piece. If you're looking for a decorative wall map, this is a highly recommended option. Finally, knowing that it came from a small business in the United States was a pleasant surprise.
I needed a world map so that I could keep track of international news. In a frame, I moved on to this one. Although I would have preferred one with blue oceans, I am satisfied with this one. Regardless, no missing islands have been discovered, contrary to what others have reported. This one claims to be from National Geographic and has fulfilled all of my expectations: it looks great on the wall, the frame matches other framed items in my outer office, and the frame is tight and fits well.
Excellent craftsmanship. This is the most amazing map! It has a sophisticated appearance, and it is the focal point of my family room. It attracts a crowd of people. They need to expand their list of uses! I use it to track down my ancestors. GENEALOGY is a branch of biology concerned with the study of human ance I've also pinned my Father's missions from the First World War. He was a hero in every sense of the word.
