As far as clip quality goes, it isn't too stiff and its opening and closing aren't too loose. Is fairly strong and doesn't give in to much pressure!.

Neither the magnet nor the clip is as strong as each other. The small plastic included for securing the magnet over the refrigerator, so it doesn't scratch the surface, is a good idea.
