When you reach for a sheet, it pops up like an accordion in response, in my experience (not that of the seller or vendor). Simply take one and place it in the few that pull up, and it will stay put. The other Post style is - The sheets have already been separated into their individual sections. That is the only distinction. I'm fine with using the Post it either way, and it comes with five pads that are all connected.

For my at-home office, this is ideal.
I just wanted to leave a review after receiving this product because I saw so many other reviews claiming they didn't get the "pop-up" feature. "Notes up" I received exactly what was described in the advertisement. Because I am a Prime member, I received my order the same day I placed it. I received the exact product I required in a very short period of time.
Because I couldn't find it anywhere else, this seemed like a good deal for the set. I like having the various colors because it gives my work space a pop of color. They function exactly as they should. They've been a part of my life for over a decade.
The invention of post-it notes is a marvel. The 3x3 format appeals to me the most. They're a good size and come in a variety of colors, which is nice. My only criticism is that they are attached to each other in an accordion style rather than all at one edge as most post-its are. That's probably why they're known as pop-culture references. I like the up notes, but not as much as I like the rest of the album, so I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star rating.
For these, you'll need a weighted dispenser, but it'll be well worth the investment. Fill the holder with your favorite items and take off. The use of a variety of colors keeps it from becoming monotonous. I'm not sure what I'm saying. Thanks to the Scots for their long-term ingenuity.
why? The adhesive strip alternates sides when you use these without a sticky note holder. Everything else about these is great, but if you're taking a bunch of sticky notes, you'll have to rotate the thing every time, which should be stated more clearly on the packaging.
We did not receive the post-it colors shown in the photo. Because there are so many options, the only real differences are color and size. It'll do for now, but it's not ideal.
