The 20# rolls do not work the same way as regular ones

Other 20# rolls of paper do not have the same quality as this roll. Because of the lower fiber content, the fabric often tears and folds more than once. The paper is fine to use on my large format copier, but when discharged it folds over so quickly that it falls off the collector and causes stacking issues. We were not able to make use of Our roll of paper had one of its cores bent inside on both sides, despite the plastic holder, to the point that we were unable to upload the roll to our plotter and ended up throwing out the roll.
