As we put together plan sets, we noticed there was a difference between the widths of the sheets of paper we bought from our local supplier. Apparently this was a 24 1/2" wide paper instead of a Therefore, the plotter keeps crunching up when it runs. As this CES paper came from a different seller than usual, I don't know what was or is Advertisements for our local paper indicate that it is 24" long.
This was my eighth order of 20 pound bond 150 foot rolls but the rolls did not arrive as big as before or as light as they were measured the diameter of these rolls against my old ones, and these are 3/16" smaller, and they feel lighter, too. This means either they are shorter or have lighter paper weight. It doesn't matter how he rips me off, he is a thief. There is no way I can use this crap, so I will return it and get my paper someplace.
Occasionally, I get a roll that is messed up. Not sure how it managed to make it through I'm just letting it slide and moving on since we save so much money compared to genuine HP paper. When issues have arisen due to shipping, I have received a prompt response, good customer service, and there haven't been any additional charges. This paper has been part of our lives for well over 2 years now and we buy a few rolls every few months.
The width of this paper is 24 inches. Having trouble with the video not working? Not sure if it's a one-time problem?.
We have used this brand before and they have worked great with As it turns out, all 16 rolls that we bought this time were 1/4" too wide for the printer and it refused to use Buyers should pay attention to who they are dealing with.
It would be so nice if they didn't stick a scotch tape to the roll to hold it in place, it ruins the edges and I have to waste a copy every time I want to take out the.
We are able to print perfectly on this paper.
Thanks a lot.
