What you mean by taped is unclear to me. The rolls come in plastic boxes and are 150' long. Tape might be on the rolls to keep them from unraveling as they do not come unraveled. It is only very little
For the inkjet, use a 2 inch core
The T520 36" plotter makes good use of it, and I've had it for about a year now.

On the FM Corp Amazon page, the product is described in three places as a Dietzgen product. What we received was an Alliance product with a label indicating it was an Alliance product. That is a very different product from that pictured on the Amazon page. It is difficult for me to comment on the paper's quality. I think it is a good deal, namely good paper and great price. But that is not what I care about. It's time for FM Corp to be honest about what it sells.
The start of the game was insane for some reason. There's something wrong with this plotter paper. It is for some crazy reason that the beginning of the rolls are glued down, thus, creating a clutter of a mess when trying to feed the rolls The only way to get it to work is to cuss and use an exact knife. Additionally, eight of the eight rolls have the following characteristics Damage has been done to three. As a result, they deserve nothing more than one star. They receive a negative star rating from me.

I have always been satisfied with the quality of the item.
The shipping was on time, and although the box was a little damaged, the rolls within were not damaged. It was great paper, but for my next order I plan to go for heavier paper.
