Despite its negative title, this review is by no means a criticism of the product. It was imperative for me to purchase this type of paper because I print a lot and my portable printer jammed every single time when I used the cheap 20 lb weight paper provided by my company. Since I was out of pocket, I chose to purchase it myself. My attention was immediately drawn to the package when I received the notification it had arrived. The delivery surprised me but I was so excited that I couldn't contain my excitement. One of the individual reams split open and was exposed after the box was broken open. I was horrified by the situation. There was no end to the cardboard box as all sides were completely intact. It turned out that I had thought that only one of the individual reams was split open, but I had removed all of them when I did. It was split open on every single ream. Had I not been home, what would have happened? If it had rained, how would you have reacted? In the event that animals got to it, what would have happened? A ream of the first open ream has been printed on my computer. ITEM (Note I wanted to thank you for your quality product. My 3 star rating does not reflect your company in any way. Despite my best efforts, I have to say the poor delivery I received has diminished its worth. Packages make their way to me all the time, and they are delivered without a hitch. I am just sorry that this happened.

There was clear plastic tape holding the box together even though it was damaged. The paper was damaged on the inside. I would never have accepted it but I live in a retirement facility, so I have been given it and it will be Generally, the paper quality and packaging are very good, but delivery and packaging are disappointing. Similar products have been ordered by me in the past. This does not need to be published- As far as I can tell, this is the only method that I could think of. There is too much complexity involved in repackaging and returning the item. It is too frustrating to have your procedure overly automated. I tried to make it visible to you, but you probably won't.

There is no longer a need for me to consider any other paper since I know this is the best paper for my needs. I can just ask Alexa to reorder it, since it's the only product I trust. There is not another paper like this you have used before, and it is so much better than any other. I have had clients positively comment about how fancy it was several times. Additionally, I can say that buying paper is the last reason that I drive to my office's Office Depot, which is actually right across the street from my office. I loathe It made me angry to have to pay so much When I had to take it up from the car, I felt like my fingers were being chopped off. Having someone else carry it to my office now for me saves me about half the price I had to pay before. It's terrible how they package things. Despite the fact that Amazon insists on packing a large box of paper in a huge box, I find it strange. There's always a reason for it to show up on time. In the box, there are even individual reams that are ripped open because the boxes have witnessed violence from those who have to carry them from the warehouse to my office. Guys, I understand!.

There is never a jam in the printer, which is a great benefit. There is a professional look and feel to the site. We love this paper for both business and home use! Good paper makes a huge difference in so many aspects! This is a highly recommended product. The following update has been posted on It is totally unacceptable that I delivered this latest delivery! I discovered that there was loose paper and a ripped top sheet of a package inside the box. A dirty floor has scraped the paper, as if it had been scraped on dirty carpet. In light of the price of this paper, this is outrageous! It's a quality control free zone! There are no people who will consider sending this out to an office in any way. It's going back.

This is a wonderful White in color and hefty, this 28-pound bag is solid and sturdy There's something substantial about pound paper that doesn't cross the line into stiff cardstock. It is opaque at this weight and able to be easily separated into individual sheets. This paper is a bargain at the price I paid for it - I would like to know how much it would cost When you look at it at 97 brightness, you are not surrounded by blindingly white, but you are not surrounded by gray. The mid-tier product is a solid buy Purchasing this paper will save you money, and it is heavy enough to fit through the feed mechanisms on printers without being too stiff.

Deliveries weren't as good as they should have been. A great value for 97 brightness 20lb bond paper, that's why I ordered this. The pictures are more distinctive because they are brighter when compared to 92 or less. The product is great. It takes a longer time to deliver. It is more convenient for me to have 2 cases of paper delivered to my home instead of purchasing at the store as a case weighs quite a bit. There was a mistake on the delivery of the cases as they were sent to the wrong address. A few days later on a rainy day, the homeowner was so kind to bring them indoors. She then got in her car and drove two blocks to let me know. When it stopped raining, I walked over to her house to pick up the paper cases. It looked like the boxes had been kicked around a lot. As an airport luggage handler, the gorilla kept throwing the bags around, so it reminded me of the TV ad. Although I was able to salvage most of the paper reams, a few were damaged at the corners, and the paper feeder on the printer jams when it tries to run the sheets through it. So next time, you'll have to pick up and pay in store.

I always bought the 28 Pound 97 Bright paper at Walmart and no matter what I did, it never jammed in my Epson ET-2000. This printer has a 3750 serial number. Doing all the time is what this paper does. It looks like a great piece of As far as I'm aware, I don't work with printers that reverse the webpage, such as Epson. Now I'll have to go to Walmart and see if they have the 28 pound 97 bright paper that will It will be impossible to write notes by hand anymore, so I will probably throw the paper away.

The paper is good as far as the product itself is concerned. There was however damage to the packaging of 5 of the reams in the case. Some of the papers in each team had to be discarded because they were damaged. Even though I got a good price, with so much paper missing from every bundle I was almost as happy as if I had gone to an office supply.
