The last time I got this item, I got it in an envelope with a beat up box. I did not print much in color when I first used the printer, and its color cartridge did not last a week. My cartridge seems like it is a recycled cartridge in a new (but beat up) case a box to the right. Perhaps I will just go to Walmart for my next cartridge at least I will be able to complain in.
I think this ink is overpriced, and it only lasts for Using laser printers again is the way to go. Ink could have bought two computers by now with the money spent on it. If the cartridges are $54 and one is opened and has white stuff on it (looks like ink or someone had paint on their hands), I don't think I should expect it to be like that. Running a business means I have to pay attention to every penny. They then claim "sold as is" with no returns, so I better make good use of the color ink I bought.

There was a problem with the color cartridge that came with this item. The printer was unable to print because of an E05 error. Since I bought it in advance of needing it, I had to wait until after the return date expired before I could return it. As the cellophane strip covering the print head was missing from the cartridge, I suspect that the order was tampered with.
