Ink or laser-jet printers can print on the paper from both sides using ink or with a smooth finish. It can be written on with a pen, pencil, or marker.

The paper size is Letter inch) acid-free, lignin-free cardstock that won't yellow, fade, or discolor over time.

If you need to print invitations, birthday and graduation cards, photo mats or any other presentation, this cardstock can save you a lot of money.

It is not possible to print on paper this thick with every printer. If you are printing on 80lb cover cardstock (216 GSM), check the instructions before you begin.

What are the pros and cons of foiling with it?

Having never used it for foiling, I cannot speak to its effectiveness. is a heavier weight than typical cardstock but it is not as heavy as Stampin Up's thick

What if I want to use this as a cake topper?

As for the thickness, it's a standard thickness of cardstock. I believe it would keep its shape, but I'm not sure if it wouldn't absorb the cake's moisture.

Do you know if this paper is a true white? As white as normal Does it have a cream tone?

Can the ink print true color on the paper? Do you think it will come out darker than you ?

The color differences between the computer and Canon printer (Canon ink 225/226 series) have not been an issue for me. The paper behaves as regular paper (not photo paper) and the color management is handled by the printer if you print from Word or Excel at home. The color is managed by Photoshop if it is from Photoshop. I use this paper for signage and ID badges, or to make tickets if you plan to print a lot. Whenever possible, I recommend you test the paper first.

The cardstock is thick and good

There is a lot of solid cardstock available This isn't thick enough to be a business card, but what I want it for isn't something I need. There's a nice white color to it, so it would make a great brochure or invitation. Getting it through the printer is no problem.
