They're very effective! Though the bags will only keep honest people honest (they perfectly keep out sticky fingers, but they can be easily ripped open), they will only keep honest people honest

The bags, on the other hand, carry on with their work. There's no way to open them once they've been sealed without exposing the fact that they've been tampered with!.
