Yes. Different currencies with larger bills (by dimension) such as Japanese Yen, British Pounds, New Zealand Dollars, and Hong Kong Dollars were used to test it, and they all fit perfectly.
We've put it through its paces with at least 40 bills in each hand and it still closes smoothly. There's still enough room in each pocket for about ten more bills.

" I've wanted to make my own cash machine for a long time. I've been wanting to keep some cash at home for a while, and this organizer was ideal; now I'm not limited to only $20 bills from the ATM. Holds $1000 in all denominations with ease.
The pockets are large enough to hold a stack of 50 bills, and the zippers appear to be well-made. It's currently being used to break down bill denominations for my emergency cash stash, but it appears to be capable of handling more day-to-day tasks. Day-to-day applications are also possible. If you don't put the bills in envelopes and then into the pockets, it folds closed as well, making it less obvious what's inside.
These wallets make an excellent visual aid for teaching young children. For the boys, I ordered the Anchor pattern, and for the girls, I ordered the Pink Flamingos pattern.
