This bag serves its purpose, but if you're a professional who regularly deposits large sums of money, I wouldn't recommend it. br>For starters, the bag is riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes. The word THE, for example, is spelled THEE. br>Moreover, the plastic is thin, and you can see through it a little to see what's inside; it also lacks a security adhesive, so if someone opens the deposit bag and takes money out, you won't know. Many professional bags have an adhesive that tears out letters to show that the bag has been opened after it has been closed. Another professional brand deposit bag with multiple certified security features is available for just a few dollars more. br>Another issue is that my stamps don't work well with this material. Even after applying, it easily smudges and obliterates my stamp marks.
This is the first week we've been using them. They're a waste of money; every other one is split on the side and useless! br>Don't put off inspecting your order until after the return deadline has passed.
I wasn't expecting these to be so small. On the other hand, most banks' night deposit slots are full. Why do banks insist on limiting night deposit slots to just a few hours? These, on the other hand, are a good fit because they're also quite small. Except for the fact that most night deposit slots aren't great for your average post-festival deposit (we handle 100k in cash over two days), it's not that bad. These bags are fine; it's the banks that I'm having trouble with.
I was extremely disappointed. I ordered 200 of these, and more than half of them have a foil strip that cannot be removed! These were completely useless, but I didn't have a choice but to use them while searching for something else. So, despite the fact that they are defective, there is no way for me to receive a refund. There will be no more.
So, while I like these and think they do the job, the misspelled "Thee" at the top irritates me greatly. They aren't completely transparent, so you can see the money inside, and most writing utensils appear to work on it.
Do the job for less than the bank's bag cost, which is less than the $25/100bg branded bank bags my bank sells. The paper is easy to write on, has a subtle color, and performs admirably.
These are a great alternative to the traditional night deposit of a lock and key. My only gripe is that they could be a little bit wider. I have a few commercial checks that are slightly too large, but it's not a big deal because I simply turn the contents. I also like the front-of-the-book fill-in spaces.
The size is ideal for small deposits, but it is slightly translucent. I was expecting it to be a little more obfuscated. If you're not bothered by the transparency, this is a good option.
