Product Description

The Glasgow Coma Scale for adults and children can be found on this card. The Alert and Oriented X4, AVPU, and AEIOU-TIPS are three other commonly used methods for describing/assessing mental status.

Waterproof plastic card with a long life span.

The size of a standard badge ID card (or a credit card; 3 3/8" by 2 1/8") is the same.

It's double-sided and makes use of the entire printable area to get the most information out of it.

It's about the same thickness as a credit card, so it won't clog up your badge reel or feel bulky.

It's a little flimsy, but it'll get the job done

I was anticipating a card with the same weight as a credit card or an identification badge. This was more like the weight of a single playing card from a deck. I don't think it's durable enough. The content was fine, but I prefer a thicker card that can be hung and reused on a lanyard day after day.

I have a phone app that lists all neuro assessments, but many hospitals prohibit nurses from using their phones. As a result, I purchased this tool to use as a quick reference in those circumstances. Even if you're using a computer, this reference tool can help you stay on track and serve as a reminder of what needs to be done or assessed. It would be nice if the hold was on the side so that it could be hidden behind my badge, but I'll make do.
