I expected it to be of poor quality, but it has so far exceeded my expectations. I'm holding my house keys, as well as pepper spray and my ID. It can unclip from the back if you take it off too quickly, but that's the only disadvantage I've noticed so far. It isn't particularly thick, either. To be honest, it's a little thin, but it's still a good lanyard, so I'm giving it a 5-star rating. stars. br>br>[Please click "helpful" if my review was helpful to you in any way, shape, or form.
Anyway, I was looking for a new one and came across this one. It performs as expected and has yet to break down. However, I do not wear it; instead, I attach my keys to it and place them in my pocket, leaving the lanyard hanging out. Long story short, I like it and recommend it. I used the plastic badge casing for my work badge, which I wore on a clip separate from the lanyard.
My place of employment provided us with flimsy lanyards that kept slipping off the clip and causing my badge to fall out. I looked everywhere for a lanyard that represented me, could hold my badge, and had a breakaway clasp on the neck, as my workplace required. This satisfies all of those requirements. I like the way it looks, but my only criticism is that the lanyard feels like satin ribbon. I have another legoland lanyard that is made of webbing (think thin backpack straps) and was hoping for something similar. Overall, the quality appears to be satisfactory.
This lanyard is fantastic! It's made of high-quality material and hasn't worn out after a few months. If it ever gets snagged, the breakaway feature comes in handy. Overall, a lanyard that is both geeky and fashionable.
My son adores it, so I gave it a four-star rating. It's where he keeps his ID badge from school. I had to sew it back together on the third day of him using it because the glue holding it together had failed. It's a simple fix, but it shouldn't have to be done so infrequently.
Two for myself (after I misplaced the first), and one for a friend I appreciate that the keys can be detached because I don't always require the full lanyard.
I don't mind it in the least. I'm a retired truck driver who now works part-time as a bus driver, and I use this as our work identification. This was purely for the enjoyment of my son and grandsons, who are all avid gamers. Yes, I would suggest it.
The clasp is simple to open. It appears to be in good condition. The clasp is easy to open, but I was afraid it would fall off one day because I have a work badge, so I had to glue it shut. Aside from that, everything is fine.
