I need you to do a better job, Dear Sentry. I urge you, Amazon, not to align yourself with brands that negatively impact your customer service team. There was no lock on safe number 1. At first, it was unreal and funny! Once you believe what happened, you won't be able to stop laughing! The second Safe was sent after I complained about the first one. I received a replacement top the same day the old one fell off. As soon as I saw the packaging, I went from giggling to fury because I had to spend hours repacking everything, printing return labels, hauling it away, and explaining to Amazon's customer service not once but three times what the problems The Amazon customer service did not take me up on my offer to send customer service pictures directly to them. I suppose it's time to make them public, eventually.
A few days after a water-based bath After a related incident at work, I decided I had to put up some form of protective sealing at home to protect my valuables from fire and The security of my data is less of a concern to me than the loss of important and difficult data This is primarily to replace items such as my passport, property deeds, and birth certificates. I ordered this for this purpose. The first one arrived and I loved its size. I'm glad I had a chance to try the lock before I put anything inside the safe, as it would not unlatch once locked. As soon as I turned the key, the door was open. of the box broke when I tried to open it, and I could see that the locking mechanism was not turning as The email was sent back and a replacement request was made. My replacement lock arrived today, and I tried it again, but after it was locked, it would not open. It was a pleasure to read it and reread it I checked the directions to ensure I didn't miss a step, and I didn't. I am now returning the replacement since it did not work. There are many reasons for my disappointment.
Please lay out the 5 x 11 inch paper flat on your medium sized This results in two entire edges of important documents curling The news is not Allows for USA 8 but not for Windows 7. Lie down a 5 X 11 inch sheet of paper. Efforts to curl up the corners on 2 sides of the In that respect, it was not well thought out. I purchased There is limited space to store items in a bin that is 5 inches deep. Strong case, but will need to be deeper and wider by a few inches to accommodate pages that want to lie Those who don't care might not be affected. Documents and papers in my case should not be put in a curled state. The design is disappointing in that regard. It will not accommodate common USA sizes as advertised or described. Feels overpriced.
I appreciated the spaciousness of the room and how well it fitted my needs. Once it was dropped, I couldn't pick it up. Even though the lid was closed, it popped off easily and couldn't As soon as I contacted the company, they said that since the device was dropped (from three feet), they did not consider it to be a workmanship defect and would therefore not be eligible for warranty replacement. Don't drop it or try to contact the customer service department if it seems like a nice product.
It rips right off the box as the weight of it pulls the handle off. checked to see if it had come apart from the factory, so slid it back in and checked to see if everything had been dovetailed. The handle/lock mechanism literally ripped out of the box as soon as I lifted it even with the lock locked. The attempt failed. My honeywell is on its way. SendSafe is a total waste of time and money.
In the two years since I have been using this safe, the lock mechanism has jammed and my safe is no longer able to I thought it kept my valuables safe all the time I owned it, since it worked well for the entire time I owned it. Customer service told me to stand on the safe and have someone use the key to see if it would free up the locking mechanism after calling them. Furthermore, my warranty was expired and therefore it was no longer covered under warranty (which makes sense since it was over two years old) Unfortunately, that did not work so I was resolved to taking the safe to a locksmith to have it opened (although my nearest locksmith is located right in my neighborhood). The safe opened once I pushed hard on that handle - I had pulled hard on the handle that closes it previously. Keeping me from having to travel to a locksmith and pay him for his services. This was not good since it did not take a lot of effort to open the Funny thing is that I was able to put the plastic piece back in the safe and it worked like new again. The safe on this table will be replaced today with one more capable of securing my valuables in the way it was supposed to. For putting out such a substandard product, Sentry and Master Lock (their owners) are to be shamed.
Trying to open this was impossible because I was trapped inside. Don't take chances! Safes like this one are not very easy to open. It took me two days to open this thing because I was trapped inside. A second attempt was almost necessary when it came to getting the contents. During my call with Sentry, they told me that having difficulty unlocking the safe is a common problem. Overnight, he told me to put weights on it. I was unable to open the page. Thank goodness I managed to pry it open after pounding on it for quite a bit. You can get a refund if you return it.
Very surprised that they sent out a safe in such a state (breaking and unusable) That doesn't close at all, and that the handle has broken off and not been replaced. A download that can be installed. There is absolutely no need for the label "SAFE".
