It's 1 3/4 inches long, according to the "Product Dimensions." If the door is 1 inch thick, it should fit. 3/4" thick and wide or less
I'm not sure, but I believe it's due to the heavy plastic-like material. An electronic lockbox's clad shackle is significantly thicker than most mechanical lockboxes' thin metal shackles. That "loop" wouldn't be able to accommodate it.
I've never looked for one that could be used in a vehicle.

Strong. This is a fantastic product that makes you wonder why no one else thought of it first. We needed to install a lockbox on the door of an elderly relative who lives alone so that emergency responders could gain access quickly in the event of a disaster. In Florida, you'll notice a lot of lockboxes. The problem is that they usually cling to the doorknob, obstructing access and serving as a constant reminder of unpleasant possibilities. We were able to hang the lockbox high on the door, out of the way, thanks to this clever bracket. The metal "loop" is large enough to accommodate the lockbox hasp, and the natural "V" groove appears to snug the lockbox securely into place, preventing it from banging around when the door is opened and closed. The metal is extremely durable. Someone with the right tools could probably cut through it, but it'd be easier to smash the lockbox open, so the bracket passes the test of not introducing a weak point into the system. Because the bracket raises the lockbox to the top of the door, it's best for lockboxes intended for infrequent, emergency use rather than daily use.
When I was looking for a way to attach my lock box to a lever door handle, I came across some strange reviews. One of my neighbors has a cool looking lock box with a plate to secure it, but I couldn't tell what model it was from the looks of it. This is the item I've decided on, and it appears to be satisfactory. I imagine it would fit thicker doors because the hook section is quite wide. Is it possible that a door that is too narrow will be a problem because the weight will cause it to fall over? It does have a small hole through which it can be nailed or screwed. I have a left-handed door; I don't think it makes a difference, but I put it on the top right to keep it out of the way when I open it. Let's call it a metal bracket for now. It's very sturdy; I'm not sure how the person who left a few reviews earlier could have gotten the bracket part to bend? There's no way out. Obviously, the products we received were different.
Unfortunately, despite the fact that it was completely tightened, clamping onto both the top and bottom parts of the knob, I was able to pull it off with only a little force. When I discovered this option, I was overjoyed. It works perfectly! It doesn't sit straight, as you can see in the photos, but that's due to the adjustable lock, which is unusual in most realtors' locks. Apart from that (which I don't mind because it doesn't prevent it from doing its job), My purchase has made me extremely happy. It's ideal for when one of us forgets our keys and the other isn't home, or when we have visitors who need to be let in. I would strongly advise!.
For those various doors, this is a fantastic alternative. I used it for my WAG box, but in a different way, on top of the door, horizontally rather than vertically, because that seemed too high for my walker to reach. This is an excellent alternative.
It's all in the title. Despite the fact that the entire unit fit OVER the door, it was impossible to close the door in order to use this device; the only option would have been to notch out the top of the door. That was a nonsensical statement. It's a steel security door, to begin with. I don't have the time, patience, energy, or tools to do it, so it's in the garage drawer. Maybe one day I'll be able to put it to good use.
Our front door is now equipped with a keyless entry system. It's powered by batteries, and you can use an external 9v battery as a backup in case the entry keypad's batteries die. We wanted to get a lock box for our back door that could hold the spare battery, but we didn't want it hanging from the door handle like a realtor's key box. This bracket was exactly what I needed. It has a lot of strength and is well-made. made. It has a hole in the top so you can secure it to the top of the door permanently. It keeps the lock box out of the way of the door handle and is sturdy enough that it won't be pulled or cut off the door. This is an excellent product.
This was purchased to serve as a lock box for my cat sitter on the front door of my apartment. I like that it fits around the door's hinged edge, so it can't be unscrewed and removed, and that I didn't have to damage the front door in the process of installing it. The lock box is securely held in place by it.
This is far too flimsy and low-cost. When I took it out of the box, I noticed right away that it is easily bent by hand; if a thief wants to get into the lockbox, they can simply bend it a few times and snap it off, then take the lockbox to an undisturbed location and take their time getting in.
