This item appears to be made of semi-rigid vinyl, according to what I can see. Who is reading semi-rigid pvc and where are they reading it?

Unfortunately, I was unaware when I ordered these, and the "semi PVC" they listed as a component turned me off, but good note holders DO NOT contain PVC, which is a carcinogen. AVOID! br>br>They were stiff and difficult to work with, and when I tried to put my notes in, it left marks on the bills that weren't there before. Spend a little more money and get a high-quality note holder.
These top-loading bill holders were exactly what they said they were. I was primarily using these on fresh or new bills. It took a little patience to get the bills all the way to the bottom because none of them just slid or dropped in. I'd probably use a different holder if I had very old, fragile, or thin bills. Also, I had several consecutively numbered bills that I was able to fit into one holder, up to five, but there was slight rippling at this point. Two bills are depicted in one of the photos I included. These were actually of higher quality than the bill holders that came with some bills I recently purchased, and they were less expensive than what that company would have charged me if I purchased a pack of bill holders from them. These are only for regular-sized bills. I'd say these are good protectors for the money. . . I'd say they're semi-rigid, but they still have some flexibility and give, and they were well-packaged and arrived on time.
When I get them, they almost never have the Bill Protectors on them, nor do they offer to sell you one. If there is a "Line Jam" in the Mail Rooms, I DO KNOW what happens to them. br>IT WILL BE SHREDDED IF IT IS NOT COVERED WITH ARMOR! The Bill Protectors provide additional "peace of mind" that your valuable product will arrive in the same condition as it was sent. Another company that sent me "Their Finest" Protector Sleeves piqued my interest. Let's just say The Protector would be tearing up in front of the Bill! br>Amazon, This is the first time I've ever given a product a rating, and I'd give these Sleeves a five star rating! No stars. It's pvc, as stated in the answer, and it's made of vinyl. The money spent was not well spent. Sorry. Advertising that is deceptive.
His product is very reasonably priced; it has a little flex, but it's perfect for holding bills that are just going back into the safe; if I had a bill worth a lot of money, I'd buy something solid with no flex, not this. It is NOT simple to use. VALUE FOR MONEY IS AWFUL. I suppose they'll be fine if you're trying to keep them safe. IF you can get your paper money INTO it, that is. I usually resell error bills as a first step. what not. I'd never ship these because they bend under their own weight (as seen in the photo). If a mail jam occurs, it will not be able to withstand it. I'm going to go look for something else. Please accept my apologies to the seller of these, but: Make the most of your hard-earned cash by putting it to good use.
Very sturdy, holds the note or bill flat, and provides adequate protection for the note or bill. The only disadvantage is that some of the bills are older and worn. Some of them may become stuck, bend, or fold as a result of this. Even getting some nice, crisp ones in there can be difficult until you figure out a way to do it. I recommend practicing with a note/bill you may have on hand to figure out a technique that works for you, as well as with notes in various conditions. They appear to be well-guarded once inside, and they should be. Their rigidity can be a drawback depending on the condition of your note, but I'm much happier with this brand/company than others I've worked with and would recommend it.
38" x 2. 78". As of 09/18/21, I had only received 3 of the 6 packs I ordered. The order was broken up into separate deliveries. There are numerous ones that are defective. 2015 (100%) defective holders were in one package. This is a substantial amount of information. br>Opinions on the subject: The quality of the product is extremely poor. It is preferable to refrain from purchasing from this vendor.
