There will not be enough room in this binder for them. There is a maximum size of 9 inches by 13 inches for the largest size sheets.
It may be leather, but I am not certain. I cannot verify that it was ever actually on an animal, but it looks like it was!
Each ring should have a 1" clear space between it. There is approximately a 1-inch diameter difference between the rings center to center A 1/8" thickness. In between two outside rings, the center to center size is 7 inches.

I want to make a bank transfer Buying a new 7 ring binder for $70 would replace the old one. Sure, it lasted 25 years before coming to an end, but my god! Gold is not used in its manufacture.
