They did not contact me because I entered it incorrectly instead, they simply added three numbers. It is obvious that the bank would not My contact with the customer service department was only possible through Amazon because the reorder form that would have been included with the checks containing the customer service number, was not present. The company replied within two days, I called the number and spoke with a great customer service representative. By the end of four business days, my checks had the correct account number and were delivered to me. I was very pleased with this service and will continue to do so.
