I purchased the item because it came with the certificate, the certificate jacket, and the gold seal. Despite the fact that the jackets did not meet my expectations for thickness and durability, I still give the product a score of 4 stars because it was a good deal for the price. If I were using them again (for a youth group), I would buy them again.
