There is no standard size for certificates, it depends on the specific size. Certificate holders are 8 1/2 x 11 inches in size.
Designed for 8-inch paper, this holder accommodates this size. There may not be enough room in the slits to hold the smaller paper because it measures 5 X 11 inches.

When making certificates, it's nice to put a finishing touch on them. The costs are a little higher, but it adds professionalism to the business. The four slits at the corners allow certificates to be easily inserted. The certificate may appear a little buckling at first, but with some gentle rubbing it will disappear most of the buckling. Afterward, close it and move it back and forth a few times, and the certificate will settle in perfectly. Certificates are a great addition when giving them out.
A durable and sharp looking product It's higher than 9 just by a hair, however. These labels are 5" tall, which makes it impossible to ship them in standard UPS express shipping envelopes (ups. com). For Work At Home companies, they would work well for delivering in person, but not if you need to mail them. If only the description had specified the dimensions, I would have filled them out right away since I definitely opened each one and filled it out before discovering the problem.
I had low expectations because of the price, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are beautiful and of great quality. It is a product I will definitely buy.
Our family did our own graduation ceremony from pre-school The diplomas were used to take pictures of all the graduates from elementary school to high school. The quality is almost as good as the real ones, and the price is excellent.
Those are the certificates I used to put my Girl Scout troops' Bronze Awards in.
The four slots in which you insert the certificate paper are merely wide enough to allow the paper to fit into them. Even the paper has to be wiggled into the tubes, which can be tedious when one has to insert more than one at a time.
My company used these for certificates that it created. The gold trim made the covers look really good, and I recommend them for a recognition service. Inputting certificates under the inner tabs at the front and back of the clipboard was easy The certificates will not wrinkle as a result.
They were all defective and could not be used. On each of them, the damage was located in the bottom right corner. It used to be that I bought them from Walmart and they were always fine, but I ordered them from Amazon (several packages) and they were all defective. The graduates we worked with could not use these. A professional response would not have been appropriate.
