Even though it may seem like a minor issue, it is difficult to flip through the cards that are not all of the same size in order to find an address. Instead, I have decided to complete all the names and addresses by hand on the cards that came with the tray. This device is a complete waste of money given that I won't use it.

Having a template set up makes tearing them apart a lot easier, but it is tedious to set them up. It should be easy to break apart the cards, but it is not. We received 30 sheets of refill card refills. Yet, the consumer does not receive the product description mentioned above? What's the point of including it in the product description but not in the actual product? However, other than that, the refill card sheets were exactly what I needed. The amount of orders I need to place is increasing, and I will look for another seller who does not advertise products that the user does not receive.

It was not possible to set up the electronic file to print more than one page at a time. I had to enter names again each time. It would have been better to be able to add pages and keep entering addresses as needed.
