In January, I had ordered the same box of folders that I had received previously. It was a great show. Buying the same items over and over again - - They have a very different tone from one another. It was more brown than red in the original. These are almost a bright red color. I will keep them because I cannot wait another week and a half to use them, but I will not reorder them. They serve a specific purpose in my office. I'll keep them until more are available, but I won't reorder again.

My first reaction upon taking one of these folders out of the box was one of utter satisfaction. I had originally intended them to be a little more durable than they are. The safe shield fasteners feel extremely comfortable because of the soft coating and protection, so I was also skeptical of them. My lack of the proper hole punch means that I haven't invested in them yet, but once I do, they will greatly improve our organization. In addition to these folders, I plan to check with my local office supply store to see if they have these types of materials as well.

In addition, a brown color is what I wanted - It used to be a darker red but now it is a brighter red. The Smead's quality has changed in the classification folders, so I had to send it back.

I purchased these folders a few years back, they were sturdy, and I loved them. For my company, I use these folders for payroll purposes, and they are very useful. This is a very sturdy product. I hesitate to use normal folder clasps because I am scared that they will come apart more easily the more they are opened. With these, you won't have to worry about that. It is very durable to use the clasps. Structure of the folder is also solid.
