Several of them were bent in the middle, while others were bent at the corners. They were scattered in a box twice as large as necessary. It should have been taken on the first opening of it I should have taken a picture when almost all of the charts were removed. The box usually comes in a different style. What happened? There may have been an opening of a box and it was just dumped in a larger one, or I may have just gotten a folder full of used, The charts are expensive. I am not even sure if I got the right My disappointment is extreme!.
This is a good option if you need a filing system at a good price. This file is exactly as described, and I highly recommend it.
In general, a solid product. This is a great Smead product. These files are cheaper than those from other medical offices, but they are not as durable. Because the materials are thinner, they're not likely to be able to hold up to the intense use in big medical settings where multiple practitioners exchange patient records. I like it because it's the right size for me.
