I have had success using Avery WorkSaver Tab Inserts for Hanging File Folders. They are Avery 11136, and you may have an appropriate template available to you in your word processing program. A template can be created using tables in a word processing program if it does not already exist. Many of us use the Brother label maker in my office other people who have replied to your question have mentioned the same.

The products were intended to help in working at home and in business, but I did myself a serious disservice by being seduced by cheap discounts instead of studying To try and prevent people from making the same mistake in the future, I'm adding my voice to the discussion here. In addition to the fact that the box in which these are packaged means the box is too small for the contents, as other reviewers have noted as well. When I stuffed the folders into the box, they suffered significant and severe bending due to its shape. The box is about the size of a standard ream of printer or lined paper. Although I tried flattening them between textbooks for the entire day, they didn't seem to be getting any better and likely won't be going away anytime ) (Not a good idea for sensitive documents since they can easily be affected by the curve. (I'm particularly concerned about my box because it came with heavy damage. Despite being so good that the shipping box looked perfect, the Pendaflex box was barely assembled. It is decorated with two large holes, and a roadmap of rips between them, so I don't know whether this is a "new" product - perhaps it is "used" or "returned". I should have bought the new item instead. As for the folders themselves, they are also The cardstock on my holiday cards is thicker and more durable. It is true that there are plastic "reinforcements" on the fold of the bottom section and on the side where the metal hooks are located, but they are hardly useful or necessary when a thicker cardstock could have solved all of these This was an extremely disappointing purchase, and quality control needs to be addressed immensely with this product, as it appears to need a lot of work.
The initial search to make sure I had the right hanging folders took FOREVER The metal hooks on my filing drawer shave off bits of plastic and metal from the bars, so the plastic hooks were much more useful. It turned out, however, that they were metal instead of smooth plastic, even though the box shows otherwise. The product I bought has changed over the years but the name/product number has not. I've spent a ridiculous amount of time researching these stupid folders and have read other reviews that say Pendaflex was simply discontinuing this product. There must also be a change in the box. How do you find a brand that is easy to identify A brand of your choice! Where would the hooks be without the metal?.
A few weeks ago, I purchased hanging folders from Blue Summit on Amazon and they were great. Only problem was that they didn't have pink in stock (thank goodness they restocked! ). This brand disappointed me so much that I decided to give it a shot. The underside of the back of the folders I have received from other companies has always been stamped with the company name. As a whole, the folders still looked beautiful because they were easy to read and still small enough to be viewed. On the inside of each of these folders, you will see the word "PENDAFLX" boldly written. There is a huge sticker on the back of the folder that occupies about one-third of it. The branding here is over the top and annoying, and I understand that it is important.
As you can see, the metal tabs on these hanging files are not what the picture portrays. extremely disappointing since I bought this brand specifically because I wanted sturdy solid metal hangers that ease smoothly. It is a flimsy stamped metal hook that sticks to the rails of the crate that I am using, and it bends The reinforced type I bought was because I plan to use them throughout the entire school year for the classroom mailboxes my students will use. Due to the cheap hangers, I'm not sure how well these will hold up. This is the last Pendaflex hanging file I will.

It is easy for it to bend and distort. A couple of weeks later, I needed one of them, but I had already purchased them as a reserve. The disappointment is great. This is not a product that should be used every day. Seeing as they're used for storage, I guess they'd be okay for that. However, I'm going to try for a refund regardless of when the time limit expires. A BRIEF UPDATE Since I was past the refund period, Amazon decided to accept the return for a small shipping fee even though it was past the normal refund period. This is more than reasonable in my opinion. It had been several months since I used any of the folders. There was nothing wrong with the $15 price tag, but it was the fact that it was not.
