I don't know why all of them are one color I ordered blue and they were horrible, the colored bled into each other, the paper looked splotchy, and I would recommend ordering laminated ones since the paper ones
I agree that these two pocket folders are good, inexpensive, with slots for a business card, but I'm not sure if they can be laser engraved.

After my spouse spent about a week in the ICU of the hospital last year, we started receiving hundreds of bills from random and somewhat unlikely sources. Sources known to the author. Each bill varies in amount from $1 to $50. There are 20 to $63,000 in this range. Even though we don't understand the statements exactly, we thought it would be good idea to keep them. Colorful folders arranged in a systematic manner with Greek items. Our red folders list "must pay soon", while the green ones entitle "talk to the insurance company", the yellow ones entitle "call the insurance company again", etc. As a result, we find these folders to be very helpful. These are highly recommended (be sure to add a caption that reads, "Don't pay until the crisis is resolved").

I found it to be a What I expected wasn't what I got. We bought these for clients to place their completed income tax returns inside.
