AMAZON folders have been a part of my life for years. I find these to be a good weight & size To put it another way, they are thick enough to be filed. This is not a cheap, crappy, thinly made product. It's a good deal for the price.

It does sound a little thin, but I don't plan to put anymore information (paper) in them than I used to because of how thin it is. As much as I would have liked to find the 1/3 cut tab that matched the ones I have, these were not available on Amazon in this quantity and type.
