A total of 4 fasteners are used. There is a good amount of weight to the folder, but not as much as your typical bank document. They have been on my wish list for a while and I am pleased

This product is very durable, and I believe it will last a very long time. If I had one wish (maybe for a future update or similar product option), it would be to place the label tabs in more than one place (meaning in 3 or more locations), as all the label tags are the same. It isn't the end of the world, but depending on your needs it might be nice to have more tab possibilities to see the labels easily. The product I'm thinking of buying is available on Amazon. I hope you will wink and smile when you see this.
It's also a good idea to keep a copy of important documents on a hard drive. There's nothing else that compares to Amazon's basic classification folders (they feel half as thick as a cardstock). The documents in each file division are held in place by five metal clasps. Here is a picture of the accompanying item. I like to see all my documents (money paid or owed, as well as a call log on the left side inside the file) when I open the folder. A second file divider is added to the bottom for documents requiring action. Next to the file divider, there is another divider for correspondence and supporting documents. Worked at a high-end title and escrow company in the U. S. where I learned this method of file classification. In order to complete the file, an Office Mate 2 hole punch with steel measuring slide is required. The only disadvantage is that the holes sometimes appear over important text (for example, addresses at the top of the document).
I don't find them to be very sturdy, but they will work for me. We do not offer you the quality of patient or student records that you are looking for. They will be used mainly in daycare, so they won't see heavy.
At Staples, it costs less than half as much. This is a very good quality product. Provides an array of dividers within to keep all your records neat and organized. Cheaper than Staples by a long shot. Although it could be better if it had multiple colors, it still seems like a fantastic.
It came in a box with a sticky substance. It is disappointing to see this during COVID. It is gross to have an unknown substance during a pandemic. My copy of the item was unusable due to the substance sticking these pages together. It looks good in quality and seems strong, but mine were unusable. It was not possible for me to get out and return it during COVID. People should have a better way than waiting for a call or to be put on hold to get a refund from Amazon. These methods don't work for someone who is extremely ill.
Whenever I am working on a large project, this product is perfect. It's critical to our agency that the stages of a project are staged, especially since we are working remotely. Nothing gets lost once the pages are fastened to.
In our office, we use them frequently and order hundreds of them each month. We have been getting them for much less than the brand name or even store brand ones we used to buy. These will continue to be ordered for our office on a regular.
A folder like this is great for organizing a variety of files into one. This is something we use in the office I work at and it's great for organizing and protecting.
