Questions & Answers

Is it capable of holding a large amount of paper?

per fold, approximately 15 pages

Is there enough room for 40 to 45 sheets of paper in it?

Each pocket has a capacity of about ten sheets.

Is it possible to punch the spine of this to make it fit in a binder?

The product should not be punched for a three-ring binder because this will prevent the pockets from expanding when the material is inserted.

There will only be one per package/order, not two
3/5

Although it works well, the package I received yesterday only contained one folder, despite the fact that the description stated that there should be two. Aside from that, I really enjoy it. I was planning on ordering more, but I'm afraid I'll only receive one. br>br>Recent changes - I bought it again, and this time there was only one folder, not a two-folder set. pack. br>Updated on January 14th, 2019- For the third time, I made a purchase. NOW THE PRICE HAS DOUBLED, BUT I STILL ONLY HAVE ONE, NOT TWO. PACK.

Documents can easily fall out if the box is heavy when empty
3/5

The document holder is quite heavy, which is a major drawback; additionally, the clear plastic pockets are only attached at the bottom, which means they can (and do) easily flip completely upside down, allowing the papers to fall out.

It's a lot bigger than it appears
4/5

It will be able to hold a large number of papers while also keeping them organized. Although it appears to be durable and should last, there are a few drawbacks, including the fact that it makes the folder quite thick, even when empty. I wish there was a way to keep the folder closed. br>br>I wish there was a way to do that. Second, having the various slots restrained would be beneficial. Each slot can be rotated 180 degrees in either direction as designed. This is great if you're standing and holding it flat on a table, but if you're standing and holding it upright, rotating 180 degrees means it's upside down and all the papers fall out. br>br>It works well if you're aware of the limitations.

My child, who has aspergers and adhd, has finally gotten his papers back to school in one piece
5/5

When it came to paperwork, he was a nightmare to deal with. They were crammed into every available space in the backpack. I demonstrated how I wanted him to use this product: the left side is for school paperwork (assignments, notes, etc. ) that comes to me. Back to school notes and assignments were kept on the right side of the desk. He used to just stuff them into a folder, and now they're partially protruding and making a mess! He now simply removes the papers from the top of the plastic sleeves. simple and tidy.

For medical papers, this is a fantastic product
5/5

I needed a way to organize my medical papers, and this product fit the bill perfectly. I can now quickly locate what I'm looking for. Bringing this organizer to each doctor's appointment makes life easier because each pocket holds specific papers (test results, procedures, and a list of doctors). Because there is no clasp, I believe papers will fall out of this folder fairly easily. It didn't matter to me because I'm only carrying this organizer short distances (car to office) and holding it in one arm against my body (never in a bag or carried like a satchel). I highly recommend this product unless it'll be tossed around.

If you prefer loose leaf notebooks, this is the book for you
5/5

I'm not sure why, but taking notes on loose leaf paper appeals to me. In fact, I was looking for a solution to bound notebooks, and Smead had it. Sorry. br>br>On each side, there are four identical plastic sleeves: the first three fold out from the bottom, while the fourth is firmly attached to the jacket on the top and bottom (allowing you to slip some sheets behind it if desired). br>br>The entire structure is made of polypropylene that is half a millimeter thick. The jacket is made of a more flexible material, while the inside sleeves are made of a more durable material, similar to HDPE. It is simple to clean, as advertised. Heat welding the plastic sheets in a stitching pattern appears to be used to connect the sheets—it appears to be very strong! br>br>With or without documents, it'll be fairly thick. The thickest point will be just under an inch (2 cm) thick thanks to the accordion folds at the bottom. br>br>I absolutely adore this device and use it on a daily basis. I'm pretty sure I'll get some more.

It's long-lasting and makes it easy to keep track of multiple projects
5/5

This was a lifesaver for me because my job is a multitasking nightmare, and I'm constantly juggling multiple projects for different leaders. I don't use many organizing tools because they don't always work for me. But it helped me keep track of my forms across multiple projects, and labeling each folder kept me focused on the task at hand. I never lost a form because of the see-through pockets, which allowed me to see it from behind or behind it. It worked perfectly and has lasted for months. There are no cracks or breaks after filling, emptying, and riffling through.

This is a fantastic organizing tool
5/5

This folder serves as my daily organizer, with one side serving as an inbox for staff to drop items off and the other serving as an outbox. Each section is labeled to make it easy to find what you're looking for. This method has proven to be effective for my team. The item is well-made and durable. made, and the pockets can hold up to ten - Each section can easily hold 15 sheets of paper. This is an outstanding item!.
